Starward HER Honeycomb

In a country known for its New World wines, it seems apt that Australia’s Starward Distillery ages the majority of its whiskies in red wine barrels. Production is based in Melbourne - recognised as a city with a thriving food and drink scene - where they are surrounded by world-class wineries in the slightly cooler climate which is, of course, suited to whisky production.

This is a Honey-infused Australian Whisky in collaboration with HER Bar, a Melbourne venue.
