Strathmill 1991 33 Year Old Woodrow’s Of Edinburgh

Woodrow’s of Edinburgh are a cask trader, a blender and an independent bottler. They also have their own bonded warehouse in Leith.

Founded by Woody Tan, a former student of Heriot Watt University. Having completed the Brewing and Distilling masters degree, started as a whisky cask trader. They always get samples drawn for their customers (usually other independent bottlers) so they know exactly what they are buying. They taste the samples themselves too! This is when they discover some incredible casks that are just too good to pass on. Therefore, they bottle these casks under “Warehouse Reserve”. They are always bottle at cask strength, un-chill filtered and natural colour.

Woodrow’s of Edinburgh is fast gaining a reputation in the whisky community for bottling some real liquid gems.
