Nine Leaves is a micro distillery founded in 2013 in Otsu in the Shiga Prefecture, Japan. The second release in Nine Leaves’ Encrypted series, this is a blend of pot still rums from Japan, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks for two years.
