Chelo Saint Michel de L’Attalaye 2020 5 Year Old Rum Vieux Sajous

Though Clairin is never traditionally aged, Distillerie Chelo Saint Michael de L’Attalaye in Haiti bottled a distillate that has been aged for 5 years. Vieux Sajous is the result of a blend of 12 barrels which had previously contained single malt or rum, enhancing the evolution from Clairin’s primary fragrances to an aromatic complexity due to the esterification process.
