Healeys Distillery is officially the oldest and first whiskey distillery in England since the 19th Century. At the dawn of the new Millenium Hicks & Healey Cornish Whiskey was born from a handshake between two local, forward-thinking, independent family businesses, St Austell Brewery & Healeys (Best known for Cyder) Distillery. Producing their eponymous whisky just 3 years later. Made from the choicest ‘Maris Otter’ Cornish barley, expertly brewed by St Austell Brewery and then distilled, matured and aged by Healeys to create this extra special Cornish Whiskey.
