Burnside 1994 28 Year Old Le Gus’t Selection XXX

Burnside is what is known as a ‘tea spooned’ malt. This means that the whisky is almost entirely made from one distillery and there has just been a tiny fraction from another distillery added to have it deemed a blended malt. Common belief is that Burnside is made up of two very famous Speyside distilleries situated along the banks of the river Fiddich, both famed for very rarely selling single casks to independent bottlers.
