The Isle of Harris distillery started in 2015 with just 10 people and had the ambition to double over the next five years. Today they have over 50 employees which is quite a high number since less than 2000 people are living on the island! From the the first distillery in Harris, this fantastic gin is made from locally sourced botanics including sugar kelp.
