Founded in 2010, Thy Whisky is based in the family estate of Gyrup which neighbours both National Park and North Sea coastline, with the Gyrup also having history that dates back to the year 1335. Now the 8th Generation of this family are creating a future for Gyrup and Thy Whisky to become the first organic single estate distillery.
