Auld Goonsy is an old timer in the whisky industry who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The main focus of the Auld Goonsy range is Single Cask bottlings, where a panel of ‘auld yins’ have selected the casks along with bottling them. Most of the casks are bottled at cask strength, a few of the casks are bottled at a strength that the panel feel is just right for that release.
