Spirit Of Birmingham x Exploring English Whisky 3 Year Old Beer Cask

The Spirit of Birmingham is the city’s first whiskey distillery and this is their inaugural release! With a signature mash-bill, this pot still whiskey is made using traditionally floor malted heritage grains, malted Maris Otter barley, un-malted flaked barley, malted oats, malted rye & chocolate malt. The casks used are a combination of Staffordshire oak and Buffalo Trace bourbon casks.
