Hellyers Road 2004 15 Year Old Richly Peated

This Tasmanian whisky was named after explorer and surveyor Henry Hellyer who was one the first explorers to visit the north west of Tasmania. The idea of the Hellyers Road distillery came from a community of dairy farmers in 1997, they knew the environment around them was perfect for acquiring ingredients of quality and purity. Today the distillery is one the largest single malt distilleries in Australia with it being able to produce 120,000 litres of alcohol per year.
