Bottled in the 1990s, this release carries a booklet outlining a brief history of the Wars of Independence between Scotland and England. The whisky is matured in oak casks which lie in the 18th century warehouses until their allotted time. In original box.
The buildings of Deanston at Doune, close to Stirling were converted from a former cotton mill for distilling in 1965. The River Teith flows past the front of the distillery and once provided power for the mill. A light and sweet disposition - very easy to quaff.
