Alvear Solera 1927 Pedro Ximenez
Lot number: 0610632
Winning bid: £40
Pedro Ximinez (that's the name of the grape FYI) barrels are often used in whisky maturation, where they lend a dark, dried fruit sweetness to the spirit. This is a bottle of the stuff in its pure form - an inky, sticky, liquid-raisins-and-treacle-toffee Sherry that's as good poured over vanilla ice cream as it is sipped after a meal.
16% ABV / 37.5cl
Please examine the images of the bottle, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
