Chartreuse Liqueur 20cl & Hip Flask Set
Lot number: 068-0839
Winning bid: £35
The name comes from the monastery located in the Chartreuse mountains in Grenoble, France.
Chartreuse has been made since 1737 by Carthusian Monks. In 1605 they were given a manuscript from François-Annibal, a lover of Henry IV of France. They have since followed a recipe of 130 herbs, plants and flowers. The last maceration of plants is what gives the liqueur its colour.
This lot also comes with a Chartreuse branded hip flask.
55% ABV / 20cl
