Sheffield Distillery Elderflower & Apricot Assay Gin

The Sheffield Distillery was established in 2017 and has been making delicious gins and vodkas ever since. For this release, five kilograms of elderflowers and apricots were added to the still before distillation, and then another five kilograms of each were added to the marrying tank after distillation, in which they steeped for seven days.

They are slowly distilled in Copper Pot stills with purified water and unfiltered to preserve texture and flavour.
