The team at the Circumstance distillery try and get as much flavour into their spirits as possible. They achieve this by using organic mash bills, beer, wine yeast and long open fermentations. They also mature the spirits in a variety of woods. The distillery itself is located in Bristol, England and some notable Bristolians include Banksy and Massive Attack.
