Sweetdram was founded in 2014 by Andrew MacLeod Smith and Daniel Fisher, who happened to meet whilst studying for their masters degree in distilling and brewing at Herriot-Watt University and were determined to create a brand together that focused on unique flavour above anything else. They are certainly well placed to curse excellent casks and ensure uniqueness is celebrated and highlighted Sustainability is also highly prioritised within the company which Is shown through their distillery garden where Sweetdrams have collaborated with other local stakeholders in the area to utilise the land in the most environmentally friendly way. This includes things like developing systems to collect rainwater as well as utilising the site grown botanicals within their distillery production.
