A Bacoo (BAH-KU) is a mischievous mythological spirit claimed to be found in empty corked rum bottles, floating in the Caribbean Sea.
Bacoo rum is estate grown and produced using fresh sugar cane juice. They use both copper and stainless steel to capture the most desirable flavours before being aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
