Griffo Distillery is the brain child of Jenny and Michael Griffo, who knew they wanted to create something that allowed them to spend all day together as a family creating something wonderful. They combined their respective skills, with Micheal being able to utilise his expertise as an innovator and physistist and Jenny being able to work locally and help create a business that was a part of the local community. There was five years of budgeting, learning all they could and taking out a small loan but they succeeded in opening their very own Griffo distillery in April 2015. They now have a fantastic portfolio of drinks to choose from with something for everyone.
Griffo Stony Point Whiskey is made with a combination of organic corn and rye, distilled in their custom-built still and aged in casks made of both American and French oak.
