The Alister Walker Whisky Company is based in Grangemouth and was established in 2018. The founder of the independent bottler Alister Walker has over 20 years of experience in the whisky industry that dates back to January of 1997.
The whiskies themselves are bottled under the name Infrequent Flyers, most of the releases are single malt but from time to time they will release a single grain. Each release that is bottled is unique as they are one-offs and they only produce a limited number of bottles so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
