Known for independently bottling rums, The Duchess is a company based in the Netherlands and run by Nils Van Rijn - with a background in the whisky and wine industry as a content writer and whisky ambassador - who has shown his passion for showcasing some fantastic spirits. The Duchess does not produce regular releases but instead focuses on detail and quality. This is reflected in their label designs; many illustrated by Hans Dillesse who depicts flora native to each distillery’s homeland.
