Puni 2015 Alba Batch #1

Puni is Italy’s first distillery and was founded in 2010. It’s name comes from the Puni river which flows through the Vinschgau Valley where the distillery is located. Puni whisky is made using a combination of malted barley, local rye and malted wheat. Some of casks are stored in WW2 bunkers, where the cool dampness provides the ideal environment for the spirit to mature.
