The High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins. The inspiration for the High West Distillery came about after seeing parallels between the fermentation and distillation process. High West began with opening a small, 250-gallon still in a stable and garage. High West’s products have earned numerous awards and great recognition along with receiving the title of “Distiller of the Year” in 2016 from Americas leading whiskey magazine. They provide consumers with some of the finest Whiskey and bourbons from the West.
The label is styled after Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
