Located upon the breathtaking Loch Sunart, Ardnamurchan distillery is a comparatively new powerhouse which opened for production in 2014. Champions for green manufacturing, the distillery and all of its by-products are environmentally friendly and entirely sustainable. Ardnamurchan uses malt from Broomhill Farm and boasts two whisky styles; one peated and one unpeated, using American and European oak and ex-sherry casks as well as American oak ex-bourbon casks.
This is the distillery’s inaugural single malt release, launched in October 2020. it was matured in 65% ex-bourbon casks and 35% sherry casks.
Each bottle has a scannable QR code which reveals complete details of the spirit from barley to bottle.
