Henstone Distillery was established in Oswestry, Shropshire, United Kingdom in 2017 by Chris and Alexandra Toller, and Shane and Alison Parr. In 2018, the distillery released its first bottling’s of Gin and apple brandy, but it wasn’t until 2021 when the first official whisky bottling was released.
