Portknockie, founded in 1677, stands dramatically overlooking the Moray Firth and Bow Fiddle Rock on the east coast of Scotland, in the world-famous Speyside Whisky region. The Portnockie brand was established to source fine and rare Speyside whiskies and make them available to fellow whisky lovers.
Expertly created in a three-part process, which starts with maturation in carefully selected hogshead and Bourbon casks. The Bourbon casks add deep notes of candied fruit, honey, and light caramel, with a delicate vanilla finish. The process continues with chill filtering until the unique sweet and fruity Portknockie flavour profile is perfected.
