The Irishman Rare Cask Strength 2010 Release

The Irishman whiskey is produced by a small Irish family company - Walsh Whiskey started by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh in 1999 with the intention of blending the perfect Irish Coffee recipe - whose aim is to stay as true as possible to the techniques and recipes of old. The original premium blend was first launched in 2007 bringing something innovative to the Irish whiskey market as it was the only blended whiskey to contain 100% whiskey distillates from copper pot stills and 0% grain or column still whiskey.
