Scapa 1992 23 Year Old Distillery Reserve Collection 50cl & Glass

Scapa was founded in 1885 and used to be known as the only truly ‘unpeated’ Island malt. The majority of the distillery’s production goes into blends including Ballantine’s. Often described as the ‘other Orkney whisky’, Scapa is one of the two last distilleries using a Lomond still; this one has had the rectifier plates removed to produce a classic pot still style of spirit.

Chivas Brothers have created a Distillery Reserve series and a special Cask Strength range uniquely available at distillery visitor centres. The expressions are bottled at cask strength to offer the enthusiast something different from the core range bottlings usually offered by Chivas Brothers: a special reward for fans prepared to make the pilgrimage.
