Situated within the Dumbarton grain complex on the banks of the Clyde, the Inverleven distillery was mainly used for blending and specifically in Ballantine’s for Hiram Walker. However, single malts under the Inverleven name are sometimes - though very seldom - seen, often as independent bottlings.
Duncan Taylor & Company presides over the ownership of one of the largest privately-held collections of Scotch whisky casks. Though the company’s origins lie in Glasgow as a whisky merchant and broker, its headquarters are in Huntly in the North East of Scotland. They have complete control of the entire production process, from cask selection and management, through “in-house” product and packaging design to its own “under bond” bottling facilities.
