Glen Flagler started its life as a paper mill in Airdrie and was transformed into Moffat Distillery in 1965. The distillery was also home to the Garnheath and Killyloch stills as well as being Europe's largest commercial maltings, all of which is gone these days as the distillery fell silent in 1986.
This malt is lightly peated is is one of the very last distillery own bottlings.
